Grow Mobility-Metrix sales to local governments by combining a relationship built on trust with persuasive skills, using a solution that leverages AI and data to support their mobility decisions.

Our Mobility-Metrix Vision platform enables users to visualize, enrich, and analyze mobility data to inform regional decision-making: travel flows, origin-destination patterns, modal shares, and travel times.
Your mission: to attract new clients from local governments.
You will contribute to the business development of our solution, from prospecting to closing the deal:
• Identify local governments with potential and the right contacts: elected officials, and departments responsible for mobility, transportation, and technical services.
• Conduct active prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, email, and digital campaigns.
• Attend trade shows to make contacts and expand our network.
• Assess needs, schedule appointments, and conduct demonstrations tailored to the prospects' specific challenges.
• Develop sales proposals with the team and follow up on opportunities until they are closed.
• Keep the CRM up to date and ensure regular and relevant follow-ups.
The Profile We're Looking For
🎓 5 years of post-secondary education, engineering school, or business school.
📈 2 to 5 years of B2B or B2G sales experience, with hands-on experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients.
🚲 Experience in mobility, transportation, or sales to local governments would be a plus.
One-time travel throughout France.
You’re driven by a passion for interacting with people and the joy of reaching out to prospects; you enjoy taking the initiative, persuading others, and moving forward despite rejections. Ambitious and persistent, you’re also meticulous in your organization and follow-up with prospects.
Your excellent interpersonal skills are based on a genuine ability to listen. You know how to understand someone’s needs and build a relationship of trust.
